Mechanical design of mobile camera system via electric drive
Bosák, Dalibor ; Brandejs, Jan (referee) ; Paloušek, David (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with an overview of accessories for a camera movement and mechanical design of a mobile camera crane via electric drive. In the construction part of the thesis are primarily brought conception designs of a camera crane including stress analysis in each places of the crane and then the proposal itself according to the chosen concept. There are shown solutions of individual parts of the camera crane with their description and views. In the end of the thesis are resumed the advantages of the design and economical analysis including the prices of each components and the whole crane.
Conceptual design of high performance glider with electric propulsion (in complience with EASA CS-22)
Hlůšek, Josef ; Sklenář, Filip (referee) ; Hlinka, Jiří (advisor)
This master's thesis is focused on conceptual design of glider with electric propulsion system following the CS-22 regulation. Statistical analysis of the glider with an auxiliary electric engine has been carried out in order to determine basic design parameters for conceptual design. Based on analytical drag polar, the flight performance parameters are calculated, in particular flight range and influence of the solar panels on the flight range. This thesis also includes preliminary design solution of accumulator placement within the wing.
Design of Electric Handbike
Korejz, Jiří ; Tvarůžek, Martin (referee) ; Rubínová, Dana (advisor)
This master thesis deals with the design of a handbike with electric propulsion. The final design is created in regard to knowledge from design and technical analysis and also to desficiencies of contemporary products. The purpose of this work is to create design of electrohandbike which will respect user and his needs from ergonomical and esthetic point of view.
Design of a Houseboat
Csadiová, Dominika ; Chorý, Tomáš (referee) ; Křenek, Ladislav (advisor)
The topic of the master thesis is the design of a floating house. Product responds to the current global problems, especially the consequences of global warming and population growth. Rising sea levels are a factor that negatively affects several areas, mainly cities near the coastline. In combination with population growth, the possibility of moving dwellings to the water surface can be an attractive solution. The master thesis also aims at environmental friendliness, emission reduction and the use of alternative energy sources. Nowdays, houseboats on the water are very popular, but are mostly used only for recreation. The master thesis presents a design of a floating house for year-round living on the seas and oceans for 2 to 3 people.
Conception of horizontal wood splitting device
Mikl, Marek ; Hloušek, David (referee) ; Pokorný, Přemysl (advisor)
The aim of the bachelor thesis is a brief research of wood splitting machines and splitting tools, then it was the task to create own design of the horizontal wood splitting machine with the use of splitting grid according to the given parameters. The thesis is divided into four chapters. In the first chapter, the research of splitting machines was solved, in the second chapter the machine design wich was made itself, in the third chapter the strength analysis of important machine parts and in the last part the control functional calculations were made.
Conceptual study of general aviation electric powered plane
Cervera, Iigo ; Jebáček, Ivo (referee) ; Popela, Robert (advisor)
The design of electric aircraft represents an opportunity in the aviation field by offering promising advancements in terms of efficiency and sustainability. This project aims to explore the feasibility of designing a purely electric aircraft at a time when electric mobility is widespread in the automotive sector but not yet in the aviation industry. It will encompass the study of marketing and the market field, as well as the performance characteristics of the model, including the calculation of aircraft surfaces, with the goal of achieving the most realistic project possible.
Wall crane
Zbořil, Michal ; Pokorný, Přemysl (referee) ; Malášek, Jiří (advisor)
Bachelor´s thesis focuses on construction design of a wall-mounted jib crane with lifting capacity up to 800kg, an outreach of 3500mm and lifting height of 5000mm. Thesis describes selection of trolley and crane hoist based on the current market offer. It includes a description of own design for the rotation mechanism of the crane using planetary gearbox and roller chain. It furthermore includes crane design and strength calculations according to valid norms. Technical documentation of assembly and weldment of cantilever is attached to this thesis.
Design of hybrid/electric aircraft propulsion system
Dardová, Eva ; Šplíchal, Miroslav (referee) ; Opluštil, Vladimír (advisor)
The diploma thesis deals with the issue of electric and hybrid aircraft propulsion. The first part of the thesis provides a view of the issue from the technological, ecological and legislative point of view. This is followed by a section on research into electric/hybrid drive components and an overview of the component manufacturers. The research section concludes with a market survey of electric/hybrid aircraft in the experimental aircraft, CS-22, CS-LSA and CS-23 categories. This is followed by the actual design of two hybrid and one electric propulsion variants for the CS-LSA category aircraft and evaluation of operational characteristics. Finally, the engine mounting design for the electric variant is outlined.

From Magnetic Resonance To The Low Earth Orbit: Simulation Aided Design Of Birdcage Antenna With Application In The Atmosphere-Breathing Electric Propulsion Engine
Juřík, Karel
This paper deals with the design and validation of the birdcage coil and with the proposalof its implementation into the Atmosphere-Breathing Electric Propulsion Engine (ABEP).The coil was designed, analysed, and tuned using ANSYS HFSS software and the results wereevaluated against the measurement of the prepared prototype. The difference between the measuredand required frequency was approximately 2.7 %. Although the coil needs to be further optimized, the ability to achieve the desired frequency was demonstrated.
